The cost to you will vary based on several factors including account volume, workers compensation costs and lead-time for our staffing managers.

How long will it take to place an employee in our company?

The timeframe for successfully finding an employee for you depends on our current employee base and your specific needs. However, the more time we have to prepare for the assignment, the greater the opportunity for a successful placement.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

We perform a variety of background checks, depending on your specific needs, including criminal background checks, drug testing and Driver License checks.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by APS?

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. If you are not satisfied with an employee, please notify us within four hours, and we will replace them immediately and you will not be charged for those hours (up to four hours).

In addition, through our temp-to-hire staffing program, you will have an opportunity to evaluate an employee in the work setting so you can best determine if they will be someone you want to hire.

We also offer direct placement services, with guarantees varying based on the contract for each client.
